Baking day🙈

Today I decided to bake, bcuz I am going to drink coffee with a colleague tomorrow in his office and decided to take smth with me.

Originally I only wanted to make some cookies...

However my mum gave me a recipe of smth she wanted me to bake bcuz she wanted it...

(Turned out she gave me the wrong recipe).

SHE SAID ITS BEGINNER-FRIENDLY!

Either it was def not or I am not a baker.

Not to mention the video was in russian and I didnt understand anything.

Ok so in the left bowl is flour, some salt and baking powder and in the right bowl is 1 egg and about a glass of cold water.

Ur supposed to put cold butter into the dry bowl and go through it. It was soo difficult.

Especially in the bowl, so when I had *most* of it together I put it on the table to do it without the bowl.

Look at the mess I made😭🤣✋🏼

I wanted to use vanilla sugar instead of normal sugar and my mum requested me to put in raisins.

I put the dough into foil and left it in the fridge for about 10 minutes maybe.

I then put it on the table with flour to make it as flat as possible...put vanilla sugar and raisins on it and folded it, same step again and cut it into pieces.

And put vanilla sugar on top again.

Put it in the oven in 200°C for 30 minutes.

I had some ugly pieces from the border that we of course ate first lmao.

Going to take some to my grandparents tomorrow as well.♥️

I like that its not too sweet.
