I tried my new palette today and hated my meiku...I wanted to use different colors and went for the purple..

It was no match with my green lenses..

Also my hair came in

Bloody Tear Meiku - Joocyee F15 Forget the Sorrow

Probably the first tutorial I ever did on my blog, huh?

I dunno why I never did tho.

POINTO: Joocyee Palette F15 Forget the Sorrow

When I ordered the palette I didn't quite understand what "(only core)" meant?

I had a product in my order that took ages to ship, so I received it like 1-2 months later..

It meant, the case is seperate!! when I noticed the case was already sold out..

ahh nvm, I keep it in the plastic packaging.

Honestly the product is soo good, it's very longlasting and the colors are very nice, if you are looking for darker brown shades...I mostly use just the glitter and the light brown shade for every day.

I am going to use the whole palette for this one.

I called it Bloody tear, because the red color will make it look a bit like you cried and it has this crimson color that's soo pretty. This meiku is perf for badass looks, or Rokku/Goshikku.

Enough talking let's start!

I did my whole foundation, concealer etc. and my eyebrows and started with the light brown shade all over my eye and the darker shade at the outer corner. Blend everything nicely.

I use the G&G Max Pure Green lenses, they are my current lenses and they have a sharpness to it that makes "badass" makeup with dark shades really stand out but I personally think, you could also use brown lenses for it, as long as they have a yellowish middle and in general quite sharp design.

The lenses should enlarge your eyes a bit but not look too dolly.

Next, I applied the glitter shade all over...The pics don't quite show despite being quite sharp (for once) but the glitter is in RL reaaallly nice!

I use Maybelline Tattoo liner gel pencil in color 942 rich berry and 983 metallic nights to give my lower eye shades a rich base, so the colors will pop more later. I leave out a teeny tiny droop at the outer corner, I don't like heavy droops. I use the same dark grey liner on my waterlines, the top is completely drawn and on the lower waterline I leave out the droop to accentuate it.

I don't like using dark black liners for my waterline because I think they narrow the eye too much, but I prefer having some darker shades around there and give my upper lashes a bit more volume (since I don't apply eyeliner on top of my lid), that's why I like using this greyish liner.

Now I use the red color from the palette and blend it all out at the bottom.

I use the Maybelline Tattoo Liner 970 Polished White and draw my inner corner and my front tearbag to give my glitter a base, I want my glitters to POP.

After applying the Etude Tear Eye Liner 04 at the same spot.

I have this glitter liner in 3 shades, the brownish I just used, a white one and a pearl one.

Depending what colors I use (warm or cold), I match them accordingly.

I use the NYX Epic Ink Liner EIL01 Black, it's the only product so far that I love using.

It's sharp, not too liquidy, not dry but in a deep dark black color.

As you can see, I only draw a wing and leave out the lid.

To draw the wing I "extend" the line my upper lid stops, draw towards the wing, connect with the corner of my eye to create a triangle and then blend with the wing.

then draw a line in the inner corner, make it sharp and draw down towards the droop to accentuate it. Keep the line thin.

Here, maybe this makes it easier to understand:

I like this eyeliner "shape" out of various reason, ONE: it matches my eye shape well, it does not fall into the lid but it creates a visual that "extends" the lashes that are applied. I apply cluster from underneath, so I can only apply them where my own lashes are, not on the outer skin. This eyeliner makes it look like there is an additional lash the outer corner from the front. At the same time it is not too high and cat-like, it matches the droop for a gal-look. Make sure you leave a gap between lower and upper line to accentuate the droop.

I avoid drawing an eyeliner on my lid because it will visually shorten your lashes, that's why I draw my waterline with a pencil to give it volume and "connect" the liner in the inner corner and outer corner inside my eye. I want my lashes to look super long.

I applied the Heimish Dailism Smudge Stop Mascara, it is my one and holy grail.

No matter what mascara I used, even waterproof, after a couple hours it would leave spots under my eye and when I use waterproof it takes ages to take it off.

When this mascara dries it is gel-like, which is super easy to remove but also works as an additional glue for my clusters (don't worry they r not sticky).

It also means, when I accidentally smudge somewhere, just let it dry and then scratch off...no spots or ruining the makeup!

I also applied blush and the highlighter from Catrice Cheek Affair 010 Love At First Swipe on my nose and under my eyebrow.

And then I apply the lashes..I love clusters, I will never go back to applying lashes on top of the lid!!

I questioned wether to use my DIY lashes but decided for my first tutorial to use lashes that can be bought just like this..I got them off AliExpress ->click here.

There are unfortunately only few clusters that work with gal makeup, because most are way too natural for now but I've seen they publish more and more extreme styles (a progress I love).

for the bottom lashes I also used a different kind, that I would say are typical gal lmao.

I cut of the band on both sides and cut off the one lash in the front that's thicker, so it ends with one of the thin lashes and blend better with my own lashes in the front.

I wear my lashes for approx. a week and they start falling apart...but regardless...check the price, it's 10 pairs! that's like 50 cent a week if you cut down costs...that's nothing.

My hair was super greasy, I would have loved to make pics with great hair, even blonde...but my dark wig it is for now.

My eye infection is gone, even despite wearing .makeup in 3 days it was gone.

If ur eye gets swollen from makeup, just cook a lil bit chamomile tea (no sugar etc.) and soak cotton pads in them and gently rub your eye with it (cleansing).

No expensive creams needed.

I just practiced how to shoot eye pics!

I think I am better now.

I changed the design and used the whoooole afternoon and evening for it.

I am not quite happy with my profile pic...for whatever reasons lmaoo.

this design was not planned...I just wanted to change the background..

and then I started adding more lmaooo.

I cant explain why, but I felt so cramped to read on my blog?

So I wanted to change the width setting and then I felt like adding sidebars..

It did help getting rid of the cramped feeling but with that background..there was smth missing..

well, that was the start of all...so I kept doing more, and more, and moree

2 days ago I had a little chat with Ray and we talked about magazines and scans etc.

While talking I noticed that I actually have quite a good collection.

Lately, idk I finish scanning smth and then I see the scan somewhere else and it made me feel so stupid, cuz why scan smth if it's already scanned? plus I admit my scanner sucks..

it makes the pics quite washed out and it's really bright for some reason too..

I always thought better something than nothing but it doesn't really apply if scans already exist in a better quality somewhere else...HOWEVER..

while we chatted I found this post of gogogal about rare jp mag saying Rose is such a rare mag and they barely found pics of the cover.

I had to laugh tbh bcuz I got them back in 2021 and didn't even exactly know what it was...and I had already posted some pics of inside on my blog after I received them.

I just looked for hime stuff on mercari via buyee (100+ pages) and somehow found it.

I also got my hime meiku book this way too.

But it made me take a step back and look at my collection in a diff way.

We both noticed: there are barely,if none, scans of larme as well?

And I got them 1-59 complete, without gaps.

Then: I also have quite some agehas. You can find ageha scans online but never...complete? you know what I mean.. It's always some here, some there.

Except march-december 2011, I have from vol.1 until 2013 ageha complete.

I also own comic ageha.

So technically, you'd have them all at once at my space.

With Sweet the same thing: Here and there I found some, but I have 2017 and 2018 complete.

which is pretty much post-gyaru in some way..

The books I own also are quite rare apparently...some already got scanned but not all of them.

So it kind of cheered me up, that my work is at least not for a waste..

in some way, you have more or less the girly scan collection in my place..

the others focus a lot on egg and ganguro mags A lot of early y2k too. 

Whereas mine is a lot hime, himekaji, girly, pink etc.

My scan collection serves purpose to "that type" of gal I guess haha.

That being said, I decided to drop the "super rare" scans of Rose HAHAHA.

I personally think vol.2 is a looot better than the first volume.

I think I had seen back in 2021 another issue of Rose on Buyee but the seller wanted an abnormal price for it (and I think it was a jewelry or interior special or smth if I remember correctly), so I said NOPE don't need it that much.

But it seems gone..

Well, I will scan Blenda next..but only bcuz it's far in the top of my "other" mags in the list and I mentioned since over a week that I wanna do it lmao.

After that I think I will focus on Larme mostly but also continuing my ageha step by step.

While scanning I made another playlist.

I was so nostalgic to it...so there's a new playlist.

I didn't know what to name it, bcuz it doesnt necessarily have to be heisei only.

J-pop also seems wrong, it is a specific kind of j-pop.

Decided for the name Dreamy gyaru now hahaha...because the songs have a dreamy romantic vibe to it.

plus I miss doing more special makes with different colors..I have SO MANY pallettes and do brown every day?? I mean ok, it is normal...it's the casual thing to do..

Tomorrow I will do a mix of my make I did here and my gyaru makeup.. I want to focus on the Jocyee palette, also because my brushes r still dirty from these colors, before washing it makes sense to use them that way haha.

It will be a Rokku/Goshikku-make then I guess...I believe with the sharp green lenses I currently own it will serve even better vibes!!

I hope my phone makes pics that are sharp enough tomorrow..

I remember the last time I managed making quite sharp pics of my make was on my dining table between kitchen/living room. 

It's the only place I can take pics..but honestly what lashes did I use? They seem so boring on this pic haha
Also this was close to a smokey eye make and you barely see how dark it actually was?

will begin fasting again

 I already said it two weeks ago but I am serious now..I gained sm weight it is not cool.

When I went to Singapore my whole schedule was fucked up and because I was walking a lot and was on my feet all day I had quite an appetite, which I kept now for a while even when I spend the whole day just sitting for example.

I will do like the last time but less...mental if that makes sense.

Like i.e. I had weight myself every single day and of course it it will fluctuate sometimes..

I think once a week is enough..

Will do this fridays in the morning.

Also will do workouts again...will schedule this on mondays I think..

I will do my usual: 8pm-12am just water..

That fits perfectly..I just need to cut midnight snacking and morning coffee..everything else stays the same..

And of course not purging...just eating normally.

Will keep track here..also to help with discipline🙈

Not necessary but I had always wondered about extreme fasting with a 20 hour fasting period during the day and only 4 hours eating.

Always wanted to try that out (just 1-2 days a week or a month)..just to see if I could handle it.

What I experienced is that after the 16 hour mark you forget you are hungry..

Not in the anorexic way (f* that)..One time during fasting my break had to be delayed for a couple hours more..I think that day I fasted 19-20 hours or smth..and I wasn't that hungry anymore. My belly felt empty but not in a starving way. So maaybe it could work?

Why I like fasting: you don't have to aggressively force yourself to commit to a new diet...especially if you eat kind of normal already. You can still eat cake or sweets etc. Just not too much...you just let your body do the work.

However I do realise not everyone is in the medical condition...it works perfectly for me.

 It has been exactly 15 days since I said I will spend no more...almost a record lmao

I actually just wanted to get some rubber hairties in the dm (which will usually be just a couple €) and then I saw this beautiful pallete from Revolution that had such nice shades vor approx.5€ 

I then walked over and saw this gold tangle teezer!! I wanted to get a new hairbrush for dry hair for a while (still usin my pink tangle teezer when its wet) and I love that brand...the gold is sooo damn pretty and the tag said 5€ too..

I was soo surprised that it was not that expensive and said "yo..10€ thats not much" and went to the cashier to pay..

She then was like "26,95€" and I was like HUHHH?

Apparently the tangle teezer was put in the wrong place and cost around 18€!!

But the color was so nice and I already was satisfied having it that I just paid now.

I never go to dm again, it makes me broke..

They didnt even have the rubberties I actually wanted lmao
