I already said it two weeks ago but I am serious now..I gained sm weight it is not cool.
When I went to Singapore my whole schedule was fucked up and because I was walking a lot and was on my feet all day I had quite an appetite, which I kept now for a while even when I spend the whole day just sitting for example.
I will do like the last time but less...mental if that makes sense.
Like i.e. I had weight myself every single day and of course it it will fluctuate sometimes..
I think once a week is enough..
Will do this fridays in the morning.
Also will do workouts again...will schedule this on mondays I think..
I will do my usual: 8pm-12am just water..
That fits perfectly..I just need to cut midnight snacking and morning coffee..everything else stays the same..
And of course not purging...just eating normally.
Will keep track here..also to help with discipline🙈
Not necessary but I had always wondered about extreme fasting with a 20 hour fasting period during the day and only 4 hours eating.
Always wanted to try that out (just 1-2 days a week or a month)..just to see if I could handle it.
What I experienced is that after the 16 hour mark you forget you are hungry..
Not in the anorexic way (f* that)..One time during fasting my break had to be delayed for a couple hours more..I think that day I fasted 19-20 hours or smth..and I wasn't that hungry anymore. My belly felt empty but not in a starving way. So maaybe it could work?
Why I like fasting: you don't have to aggressively force yourself to commit to a new diet...especially if you eat kind of normal already. You can still eat cake or sweets etc. Just not too much...you just let your body do the work.
However I do realise not everyone is in the medical condition...it works perfectly for me.
