lil update

Hellow!

So I am sick again and my doctor can't help me.
They constantly say that this is normal that women have it more often etc.
My mum was urging me to call an urologist and when we talked to them on the phone it was a whole new thing.
She was like "no that is definitely not normal in that frequency. What you are describing means there is something going on in the background we have to find out and the medicine your doctor is prescribing you only contains the symptoms but doesn't get rid of the root problem".
Finally someone listens and doesn't make it seems like I am making something up T.T
They have the next appointments in March/April (!) but they offered me to come on monday before the opening times to at least have talk, so we can go through this together.
I hope finally something can get done.

About the cut in my finger: it's fine.
I am brutally sensitive to seeing blood and needles and even tho it was a nail scissor, it was very sharp and felt a bit like a needle, so I guess it was just the combo that made my body faint.
There is no infection whatsoever and it is already fully healed.

I am still playing my fashion game, YAY.
The past themes were quite boring or just the current event, so I didnt want to participate or felt like taking a screenshot of it but todays outfit gets a lot of votes for me!!

I like the result and apparently the voters also like it.
I win most rounds, I think I haven't received so many likes before.

Like I promised in my old post, I want to show a little bit my current fashion inspos.

So here is the thing: I like over the top, a lil bit fantasy, a lil bit traditional, a pinch of retro and fashionable.
BUT I also need work clothes...actually more than the rest.
My solution: Get the basics for work and the OTT stuff as layers, that you can put on and off.

For example coats.
Like this one:

It is so damn pretty!
a normal white dress underneath and it is a really pretty outfit.
without the cloak -> more suitable for every day fits.

especially during summer I like thin cloaks, cardigans or scarfs to cover up.
Making them more stand out with embroidery is an eye-catcher.

Here for example a coat like worn in Abbaya.
I had one out of organza, a lil bit shorter than this one but in the same cut, with pearls on the rims and I absolutely loved wearing it, I could match it to almost every outfit.
Unfortunately the fabric broke after putting it in the laundry machine when I was in singapore.
I have a lot of sensitive fabrics in my closet and I know how to clean it but most ppl don't, so I am not surprised it got ruined there. It was cheap and came in a set, so I wasn't mad but I will definitely never give someone else to wash one of my thin fabrics again...

Another example, especially for summer it is gorgeous.

another idea I have are corsets!
basic dress + corset on top for OTT.

I think this one is interesting:

You can DIY something like this out of wire+ribbons+jewels.
Gold dress + the corset will stand out.

Or making something like this.
I watched a couple tutorials on how people make corsets like this and although it is quite some work, it is doable but for the start I believe I rather get a normal corset and "upgrade" it with embroidery.

In general I saw that the stuff I put in my watchlist had a lot of embroidery going on, so it makes sense to teach me this skill first.

It amazes me what you can do with it.

this one is so simple it makes you question why you don't do it yourself.
It looks like color by numbers.
Get a background and sew the beads on top according to the shades below.

I believe this matches me a lot.
I like modest clothes with a pinch of traditionalism but I dislike how boring sometimes it can look.
I love jewels and beads and everything glam, something I loved about gyaru.
Mixing it seems like a good idea.
I just don't want to end up too traditional, like the Abbaya earlier and give it a modern western touch.
I am not sure where to start with the fashion but I think doing a small project with embroidery first to get a feeling how it works seems like a good idea.

Of course these are just a few examples...I have SO MUCH MORE.
All the pics are from pinterest rn.
