second, it's time for celebration!

It's only my second month in sales and I already kicked revenue up enough to get profit from my commission.

It's an insane performance I made as a beginner.

My mum wasn't really excited when I told her how much I would get paid more now for this month :).

I guess that's because she doesn't understand how the commission table in sales works.

So basically the % you earn is not linear.

It doesn't mean if you sell x you get y and if you sell xx you get yy etc. ...

the curve is insanely high...AFTER you reach a certain amount.

Does that make sense?

So the fact that after just 2 months in, I already reached the breaking point is very optimistic.

It doesn't mean I get "just amount xy for the amount of work", it means I am very close to make a lot of money very quickly.

The goal is to reach the breaking point early in the month, so that everything you make afterwards is actually the bonus. I still have 3 days of work left in this month, the "little extra money" that didn't excite her could get "quite a different amount" pretty quickly.

I didn't have the chance to explain it properly to her, the thought just got in my head while I was in the shower, being disappointed she wasn't excited for me.

I am so happy about it, I was about to cry.

The hard work and the doubt is paying off.

Today I voluntarily helped my colleagues with checking the inventory until around lunch and when home I did my mums nails and rest a lil bit.

I didn't take a pic of me today because I gave no damn, seriously but here is a picture of my outfit of working yesterday

I tried using my new lashes...the design is very nice but the band is a bit too thick to use them as clusters.

I also tried applying with my new glue, which didn't work out :)

Buuut I got a new idea..

seems like the what I have is already a sealer but I never used it properly too.

However I am not too happy with this sealer.

I know it sounds a little bit off and you might think "LYNN WHAT IS THE IDEA. WHAT IS UP WITH THE SEALER?".

Ok so, I like my glue but it doesn't hold it together properly when I need to wash etc. so I need smth sturdier.

The other lash glue is sturdy but applying doesn't work well because since it's clusters it doesn't have smth specific "to grab", does that make sense?

So even if the glue is glued well on the lash, it can still be ripped off when pulling on the sides.

The sealer gets crusty after a couple hours I noticed, so it's optional I guess.

So I think I might solve it this way: I use my lash glue (thats like gel) on lashes first, apply the permanent glue onto the cluster, apply the cluster on the lash and squeeze the lashes together with my own lashes. The other glue will hold it together, so the permanent glue has more time to "grab".

So like the problem with the gel glue is that the bands can''t hold properly but the lashes do, that's why they come off when cleaning.

The permanent glue can hold the band properly but not the lashes, that's why it can't be applied in a way, that it stays on.

That sounds so weird saying it like that, it probably sounds like total nonsense to someone else lmao.

I will try it with the sealer but it might come off.

If anything, I will get the kiss falscara before buying smth of shein or AliEx that is pretty much the same I already have and use.

I ordered some of the nail stuff for my upcoming press-on business.

Yes, I will do it.

I was thinking hard of what type of designs to make etc.

One thing is clear, I don't want the typical I have seen on etsy or elsewhere.

First of all, it's clear that it's dropshipping and has nothing to do with custom sets.

Second, they all look identical, there is nothing original and I want to make it like a little brand of mine.

Which also mean, unlike going back and forth with the designs like I used to do on my own fingers, I will keep the same vibe for all designs for my brand.

I will offer 3 lengths, each with two different shape options.

7 different designs (that I have to think of yet but I kinda have an idea).

I will do black, white, red, nude, purple, blue and pink.

All in a mix of chinese and american like I used to do.

It will be glam and elegant but with a little touch of "extra deco", if you know what I mean?

I 100% will do big gems or clusters like I used to on my own.

I will try out different nail ideas the next few days and/or weeks, so that I know what to order to have a little bit of stock.

I actually wanted to order with paypal installment payments, so that I am not so tight on the budget when buying BUT IT JUST TOOK IT OFF THE BANK ACCOUNT. I didn't even have the option to choose. Thanks for nothing xD

Oh and another thing.

I decided to sell my couch.

I loved the design, I love the color, I was so excited to get it....but it just does NOT match my "lifestyle". It's just too small.

I constantly lay in it across with my feet hanging over the armrest and my back gets absolutely killed.

I can really feel when I was on the couch for a while that everything hurts.

The other chair I got I put there to have more seating space and to not make it look so empty but it just ended up being "the chair" where everything is thrown on and I never ever sat in it.

Yes you heard right..

My new idea was to put a big bed there lol.

And what started as a stupid joke, became and actual thing.

I found a so-called Daybed, which has cushions on the sides that I need, looking like a box-spring bed but not so high to cover my plants.

The lying surface is enough for me but not so big that I feel like I put a giant bed there.

It has USB for charging my phone which is a HUGE problem here in the corner because I cannot charge my phone here.

Underneath the slatted frame it has storage space, so the space it will take away would be properly used, way better than even now.

It's a bed but it can look like a couch, it's a perfect inbetween.

The cushion is not exactly like the design of my chesterfield but it has similiar vibes.

I also found a matching mattress and on AliEx a fitted sheet that I think will work well.

Technically, when selling my couch I should have enough to cover the costs because it is actually less  but my couch is not new, so I won't get the same amount...let's see for how much I can sell it.

I will order it right away because it takes 2-3 months to ship. Maybe this time the installment payment function will work lol.

I might need to get some pillows some day but I need to give it a first feeling.

I was meeting my friend who got sick last weekend yesterday evening.

We had a really nice chat <3

Today I uploaded some new clothes on vinted, like I do regularly and had a really weird situation.

I uploaded an LL-dress that I didn't know was so popular apparently for a fair price (in my opinion).

It got immediately bought and then some other user texted me, asking me if I can cancel it because it is her dream dress..she offered me 3x the price.

Honestly, I couldn't just cancel...a deal is a deal, even if it sounds good to make a lil more money.

So I responded to her that my buyers are super quick (which they are!) and that I have to apologize but it is sold.

AND THEN SHE STARTED KINDA THREATENING ME??

at least it had a threatening vibe..

She told me that I am getting scammed and whatever..

Sending me pictures of the dress being sold on mercari for over 145€ or whatever.

Which is definitely an exaggerated price.

Even I got it for 25-30€ I believe??

Just a question..

Maybe I see it wrong...

How am I getting scammed, if I refuse to scam others?

This dress is probably 10-15 years old, used a lot and just a damn dress really.

The buyer had bought multiple times from me, I got paid quickly through the system.

She is very nice and I appreciate her.

I want to get rid of my stuff, if I can't get it sold I will put it to a dump...I am serious.

I want to make other gals in the community happy by giving the clothes a new home where they are (hopefully) appreciated and am open to bundle prices.

If so it happens, that someone who buys from me, sells it somewhere else for much more expensive...I cannot prevent that.

It would be unfortunate but that's how stuff just is sometimes.

But THREATENING ME? just because you are desperate for a dress?

They are kinda what I like from the look so I am excited to try them out.

I prob will do a tiny drop on my arm and leave it on for a while and later use the remover to try it get it off to see how it works.

matching to my new design I just had to re-make my about me page lmao.

I think also it was something I made new to match my vibe but with the gyaru energy and it felt so off to me, so I completely remade it.

I kept my timeline because I think it matches very well.

Also the way it is written leaves it open for the future.

I don't feel like I have to remake it again in the near future, because it describes me very well but applies to me in every stage more or less...might just change the pic every now and then.

I also want to update the follow list and maybe I will be able to scan more Larme.

001 to 003 is already up and I try to continue.

Because I try not to buy new clothes rn, I want to spend more time making collages or wishlists.

or make vibe pinboards.

The cool thing about larme is, it is just more or less an emotion than a whole style guide or smth.

That's also why I believe it can be matched most perfectly with current trends.

The current trends ARE larme, just seperately.

fairycore, balletcore, princesscore, dark acadamia etc.

there is a cute vibe about larme but making it still mature in some outfits.

Depending on your taste you can make it more cute or more mature, but keeping it feminine.

That's probably why I loved it during my time offline...I actually wore stuff because I wanted to wear it without dragging the attention to it by constantly posting selfies and found fits that felt comfortable to me and suitable for work.

I technically could make many great outfits with what I have...here is why I can't:

All my winter/autumn-clothes are so damn thick and warm because I kept freezing at the entrance but since I am upstairs as a saleswoman everything I own is either too warm or too cold.

The heating is crazy up there, so nothing really matches.

And I noticed again I need more skirts :(

I did not stray too much of the original intention but gave it a bit different vibe.

That's usually the catch with larme tho, the color palette doesn't match me...but yknow what?

I tried doing my overnight curls for saturday because my hair has grown a bit and keeping it unstyled made them look awful but I also didn't want to straighten them every day.

I hoped so much that it would work and yes they are VERY short for it, it kinda got loose over night but it didn't unravel and that's more important I think.

Before I left the house it looked awful (sorry) and I had to brush down a lot because the curls were too heavy for my taste but the brushing and a lil bit air had helped it went down a tiny but just right on time when I arrived at work and oh boy it looks so gorgeous!

Here are pics from it in the evening so I didn't reapply my lipstick now but I just wanted to capture it.

Part of my AliEx order arrived...I had hoped the glue was in so I could already start doing the lash exte but it wasn't in it yet :(

I received my projector that I want to use for my projects.

I didn't want to get an expensive one but this one doesn't work quite like I thought, I have to scan a QR code and download an apk file for it to work and honestly, I won't do that.

I have my banking and all that on my phone and I am not gonna risk it by putting something on there that is not secure.

But maybe I am able to use the picture mode.

At first I didn't get how to make it focus but luckily quickly found out.

Here I am using it in my kitchen, streaming on the ceiling lmao.

To get free shipping I ordered these two magnets that I hope I can use on some nice design <3

And one of the new lashes I ordered...of course Groinneya lmao

They both are kinda the style that I am currently wearing but without the thick manhua ones that I glue on top because I am not sure wether the design I currently wear won't be too thick for permanent lashes.

And I run out anyway, soo whatever...maybe having a change is also nice.

Edit: didn't mention it but this remover smells SO DAMN NICE.

I put it on my skin and had no reaction, so that's good I guess.

Have to try it with glue before putting something on my eye again lol.

The last time I did a huge mistake ordering permanent glue...but no remover.

I made sure to get one this time but now I am watching so many DIY-lash videos and they all say that the sealer is even more important than the glue!!

maybe I technically could have used the glue I am currently using but with a sealer?

Now I am thinking of ordering sealer lmao.

Also as you can see...my nails are cracking!!

They are so damn thin and the gel on thin nails was a horrible combo.

I wanted to re-do them one last time with the same technique I do my mums nails

Getting rid of the colorgel was horrible...it was impossible actually.

It  didn't want to dissolve in acetone...it just didn't.

I tried only using a buffer, not to damage my nails. Didn't work.

I used the nail pusher to gently "scratch" it off. Didn't work.

I had to use an e-file to get rid of the gel.

Even tho it is so damn thin.

Can you believe that?

Well, I also kinda am able solve the hypochonia problem by just pushing it back throughout the day and filing it shorter every now and then.

Et voilá!

it looks a whole lot better now and it is thicker.

However I probably will never ever use the primer from Lynis again.

It's so damn aggressive.

Normally you would think that chinese products are not safe and all and could be harmful and prefer to use products that are tested and safe and blabla.

Nope, I will prefer the born pretty 100 times over it.

I actually got contact dermatitis because of it.

Yes...when you think it couldn't get worse.

But since my fingers are not red or swollen or get any blisters I believe it will pass.

My hands are burning since 2 hours...they also don't really get rest since

The burning sensation didn't appear right away...it happened a lil later.

I was cleaning and cooking and went having a shower and after taking the shower it got REALLY BAD.

Probably because I was just provoking it with the hot water :(

Or maybe it was just the whole thing including the products in the shower, peeling my body and the hot water that was in overall too much for the sensitive skin.

I  have my cool moist cloth next to me to cool them down as soon as I feel like it's getting too bad.

I was sorting part of my storage closet to be able to see what I have.

I was shook how much I still have left "in stock".

3 toothbrushes and a dental cream, 2-3 half empty body lotions, SHAMPOOS, unopened color masks etc. etc.

I actually decided to empty these products before I open a new, even if I am really excited to try out my new products.

I decided to throw away my victoria secret body lotions, because they are very old and every time I decided to use them again, my skin reacted to it.

It hurt to throw away so much product but I rather be safe than sorry.

and for all the other products that I try to empty now it counts the same thing.

I try emptying now but if my body reacts, I will just throw it away.

I will use my body sprays tho and sorted them and my perfumes

So many scents I still have...I was obsessed with VS.

my prada is the fullest because it is the refill bottle obviously.

these two are both almost empty and they go well with each other, so I will be using this until it's empty.

I prob think it will take a week only.

Funny how you have all these bottles sitting around that are not full but also not exactly empty either.

I used my purple shampoo by l'ador today because no way I am going to let that expire.

Here a lil check-up with the color I have on my head now.

It looks a lil crooked because of the low bun I had all day.

3 months no dye...I literally put this brown on a blonde and it is still brown wow.

It is lighter tho and you can tell.

I knew the purple shampoo will most likely do nothing on my brown but I wasn't sure if it could have an effect on the tips?

My hair looks like I intentionally went for an ombré lol.

nope, just by color it made no difference.

Also yay, wearing gloves to prevent contact to too many products rn.

My hands were HOT when I took this pics.

It is a lot better already.

Edit: when I was done writing this post I put oil and hand cream on my hands and the burning immediately stopped..should have done that two hours ago.

I put in my curler already...it seems like I made it more thoroughly or tighter?

at least it is not loose yet or unraveling.

I didn't take pics of it but I re-used the marinate from my eggs.

I sliced cucumber for example or cut mushrooms in slices and put both in this sauce...super delicious!!

And the rest got used for soup for todays dinner.

No nails

I swear, It's not like I have adhd.

Maybe I do, Idk...but I have good reasons.

I will not make my nails long anymore.

I took my old design off yesterday night and prepped it with base coat and was able to have a good look on my damaged nails.

I knew how damaging it is and all that but I always believed "If I don't want them anymore, I just let the damaged nails grow out and I will be fine"...apparently not so easy.

I fell down a rabbithole last night and some damages are PERMANENT.

Onycholosis or overgrown hypochonia for example.

I probably got the terms wrong but anyway.

Since I am very transparent as you know, I will show and explain to you!

The result of overfiling.

Luckily it is only this nail with this severity but yes I do file quite much off from my natural nail out of two reasons:

1. Better adhesion

2. I have a small nailbed, after 4 weeks almost half the nail is grown out..so I dont file off over and over again over the same place.

That's also why I have the bad "damage" at the free edge...it's the oldest part.

Doing this has two risks:

1. As pictured, onycholosis happens. The nail detaches from the finger.

Happened multiple times for me, luckily grows out but is dangerous with extensions because if the part is big and you hit your finger somewhere, it can rip off the natural nail entirely.

I knew that and did it regardless (yes I am insane)

2. This is a new info I didn't know: even if you still have a nail...if you file off too much the product still has contact with your skin.

Allergies, Irritation and Infections can happen.

Thats why they say to only use Buffers (the square nail blocks). They are usually 220/240 grit and for my taste I hated using them but will reconsider here. Apparently even Buffer are kinda damaging to your nail, especially if you use it harshly or too often.

I use 180 grits...with an e-file.🤡

Ok I get it..I won't do it anymore.

You can also see a big red/brown part on the pic which leads me to the next part.

Don't ask me about the term...it's super long and I will never ever be able to pronounce it.

However it is due to mechanical and chemical processes. And the big one on my other hand is probably due to trauma from hitting the nail somewhere. It is like little internal bleeding.

The consequence of ignoring it would be, that it can get bigger, or even turn black...and the nail will fall off.

Another thing is, I am sure this is due to my nails BUT brown stripes like this are also sign of cancer.

Let's assume I get additional ones due to cancer...I would have ignored it and brushed it off to be a nail design thing.

This was difficult to capture.

Another thing is an overgrown hypochonia (?) which is basically the skin under the nail that is overgrown due to no free edge and having a thick hard extension on top.

I also ignored this because it didn't bother me so far.

You know what could happen? Permanent nerve damage.

Imagine in a couple years I decided I don't want to wear nails anymore but now will forever have pain in my fingers because they are too sensitive.

It is also really hard apparently to get rid of it too.

Could take several months.

I cut off as much as possible but some is already grown into my finger and would bleed if I cut it.

I tried to show here with my thumb because it is the most brutal here. I think you can see the 2-3 points at the free edge which are reddish.

That's because that is my flesh right there.

I was able to picture this later.

Here you can see it more clearly from a different POV I guess.

Left is normal, how it is supposed to be.

Right is overgrown...it's literal skin there.

I didn't take pics of my pinky now on the left hand but it literally broke horizontally right in the flesh (also happened multiple times already because of hitting the nail somewhere accidentally).

I chose to still put a manicure on now because my own nails are wayy to thin and I have already prepped it anyway.

It is flexible so it might solve the issue with the overgrown skin.

I will see what happens with the brown stipes over time when I won't rub off layers of nail like crazy anymore and adjust it to that.

I have seen it is still possible to have manicures with gel polish/shellac...so I will see about that.

I used the Classic Nude to try again application and to cover up the damage without dragging too much attention to my nails since they are not in a good shape.

I still don't like these colors xD

But from a far it looks fine.

I will see how it progresses and keep you updated.

It is so weird to have short nails and the free edge hurts because of the overgrown skin..I have to look up how to push it back.

It felt like heartbreak last night...preparing myself mentally to let go of the long nails.

I didn't think I would take it so bad xD

It felt like losing part of my identity and thought about how I could still do it or wear them and whatever.

I accept I cannot wear long nails anymore.

But maybe I can still do designs for fun, since I like doing nails and then it hit me.

Basically the solution to my problems and it could be so easyyy.

I will make Press-Ons :O

(YES I DID NOT CAME UP WITH BEFORE I AM SORRY).

It is exactly what I want...do nails for fun and getting extra cash.

Since I don't use on people I can use whatever products I want.

I am so not a genius xDDDDDD

Best thing: It doesnt cover my freckles <3

I wish it was a tiny bit more coverage for my taste tbh..

but it is more or less what I wanted.

It is so unusual to me to see me pale af again.

I didnt go tanning for 4 weeks (went tuesday again) and normally I make my face darker with makeup to match my body tan since my face is never tan lmao.

but since this cc cream matches my natural color it obv cannot darken it.

I am a ghost now lol.

Regarding the shampoo:

I didnt think it would be such a big deal.

They requested additional pictures OF THE PACKAGE.

Why? just send the 3€ shampoo again wtf?

How cheap does a company have to be and if you dont want the additional work then just refund it??

I remember when I ordered at LMC, the post lost my package which was 100€+ definitely and when I contacted them they just send it again with a sorry gift and were disputing the post.

And here it is a damn 3€ shampoo...

I also checked the receipt again when I got the body lotion from the grocery store the other day before receiving my notino order.

My skin likes this lotion so well!!

and it was only 1,19€ for 500ml.

I asked my mum to get me another two bottles lol.

I am still curious to try the one I got myself now.

I am relaxing now a lil bit and then head to drive to the tanning studio.

Since I changed my contract (from everytime to afterwork) I can only go after 5pm now, which is mostly the time I can go anyway.

So my friend got sick, so I stayed home tonight :/

But I was able to do the swatches from the colorgels..

Again, I chose colorgels because I thought they would be more practical because they come in a jar...because especially for nail art, I would always have trouble taking it out the bottle with the brush from my nail polishes..

I believed it would be better for storage as well..

plus they say colorgels are a lot better because they are better pigmented and whatever..

So here are the swatches:

I am gonna be 100% honest with you.

I hate them.

Not because the color themselves are not pretty...but because it is not better or easier.

It was absolute hell to open them because the sealing was SO DAMN GOOD, my thumb still hurts, I was covered in gel and just...no.

The viscosity is reaallly thick, working with it is so damn painful.

I tried going lighter, going twice with super thin layers, I went over the whole surface in all sorts of angles...It was almost impossible to not get streaks.

Not one actually looks good tbh.

Nude (3rd) and Milkshake (8th) were the easiest to apply.

I personally like the look of Light Satin (4th) despite the little streaks.

And here is the clicker: compared to my born pretty gel polishes in similiar colors...the intensity and pigmentation is the same.

It is not better as it was described.

I will just order polishes again like a normal person.

I believe the white and black can become handy for nail art, but fullcover it's a no from me.
