lash set

 Good morning!

still drinking my morning coffee before getting ready to work.

last evening my sister in law made my lashes.

She never ever made mangasets before, so I wanted to be kind and not put my expectations too high.

It's crazy how I kinda knew some terms and she had the expertise and we were like riddling how we get the look I want to.

It is a lot more difficult actually.

The type of look I want is not healthy, it is going to rip my lashes out (explains why I saw on rednote so many girls with just 2 hairs of lashes left).

However the healthy look, or traditional western manga look is ...neh.

So we are creating MY look right now.

I think she made an amazing job for her first time!!

It is not 100% my taste I gotta admit but I analysed to death what she did and I feel like I know what we will "fix" next time.

Right now it is too...wispy/voluminous? 

It looks more like those classic sets with a few thicker ones inbetween than a manga set.

For example she used feather lashes for the manga-look and in my opinion she put too many.

Also we underestimated how long the "filling" lashes are, so the manga "towers" go under.

yea but still it's so awesome haha.

I am so excited for them.

wig in progress

 Good morning!

yesterday my bundles arrived and I went grocery shopping in the morning and I found this cool pillow!

I thought about getting one from work but they cost around 30€ and that's not much but I really try not to spend so much money, especially because I just shopped a lot and got wig bundles.

But here it was...for just 8€, also with a memory cushion and I thought whatever...for 8€ I will be fine.

It was so cozy to sleep on tonight.

Also btw, not sure if I mentioned it but it has been pretty obvious I guess...my "couch" accidentally turned into my permanent bed....

whoops...

But also it means, it was the right idea lmao...I sleep so well lately.

Maybe it has something to do with the room..or partly with the matress as well.

I have no idea what kind of matress I got myself for my bed a few years ago but I bet it was just some standard cheap one I could find since I didn't have the budget.

After working in the furniture shop, I know a little bit what to look after when searching for a matress and I was able to test many over there as well and figure out my "taste".

This matress from the daybed/couch is also a cheap one but it had the features I liked, so that's good enough apparently to make me sleep better.

WELL ANYWAY TO THE BUNDLES.

I am gonna be honest...I expected brown...like chocolate brown or something.

But they are red/brown. It's actually really cool, it is almost the same color I got on my head right now.

I chose 28inch now since the price difference wasn't much, plus I knew the tips probably will arrive very thin, so I can cut off a few inches and still keep the length.

I could not resist and immediately started sewing it onto the cap.

It took me ALL DAY.. I started after lunch like around 1pm I guess and I was done at 10pm.

I am sooo happy with the result!!

I need to braid my hair underneath, right now there is just too much volume without, wash the hair properly and maybe cut the tips a lil bit and then I sew in the rubber band and tape underneath the lace to make the roots more realistic.

I did just one teeny tiny mistake and didn't put the closure in the front enough...now you can kinda see the dome cap on one side when the hair moves out of the way and I am thinking how I can fix this.

I am totally in love and will definitely stick to sewing my own wigs in the future instead of buying finished ones.

Can you remember the blonde wig and how short it was? No volume?

Crazy how that works.

But for now I put pause on this wig, I used a whole day for it...my butt is exhausted from sitting and I actually wanted to keep working on my nail business (preparing something for the website).

I am still on low energy which does not help me but I have to try my best to at least do something.

Doing a small thing a day is still more progress than doing nothing.

Last day of vacation until tomorrow I have to go back to work..

I am actually worried about what happened while I was gone.

I gave my stuff to my co-worker who was so nice to look over it and I trust him but experience tells me that everything that could go wrong, always is going wrong while you are gone. Always.

Today I promised to visit my grandparents, although we have seen each other at easter but they always complain I never come over and I have to do good again :(

I seriously have no idea how to dress...it actually is getting quite warm now but it is still chill in the morning and evening and I barely have any transition coats...mainly because it is always cold here...or summer...it's just a few days where the weather is exactly inbetween and I don't see a reason to get a bunch of coats that I cannot wear in winter...if that makes sense.

I didn't wanna straighten and style my hair, so it looked quite awful today xD

My dad asked if I could stop by the one local store that also sells soil and send him the price, so he knows wether to pick it up or not and since it was right next to the mall, I just wanted to take a peak..

obviously it wasn't a peak anymore.

It was a full shopping spree.

I also went to Müller again and noticed they sell kbeauty now!!

I rarely go there so I did not know.

I knew I said I want to save money and spend less on products but the break-out is really bad.

So no, kbeauty is not a scam unfortunately...

I still had some products that I could use and just in a few days my skin improved a lot.

I only got what was necessary: a toner and a facial cream.

I saw these spot treatment thing from some by mi and I want to use it to get rid of the big pimples that I got now all over my face. Normally I dislike patches but I want to try it out.

Also I got this rubber band for my new wig...

Oh yes, I haven't told yet...to be continued in a second.

Since I only had a tiny bag, I could not fit the stuff in but decided to get this foldable bag instead of a paper bag..now I can put it in my tiny bag and whenever I need more space, I have this with me.

SO ABOUT THE WIG THING:

Hear me out haha.

I cut my hair a few days ago to get rid of the broken ends (since I straighten them almost daily rn, to make them look...decent) and afterwards they were short and still bothered me a lot.

I was thinking a lot about it and I want to give wigs a shot again.

I already have gotten myself the blonde one I know but I really don't feel like blonde.

Plus I have bad experience now with volume&length stuff..

Everytime I order a human hair wig, they are trash wth.

However back in 2023 (I think?) I made my own wig and it was amazing...I actually used it every day.

So I want to give it a shot again and make my own..

It was soo easy maintenance...you just braid your own hair and wear the wig like a hat every day..

no conditioning, no styling, no hairdying...it was super refreshing.

I wondered about how I am going to put it on (sew-down or smth else) but I believe I will put it on every day...it is quicker and easier...also I don't need no glue or anything...

I worry that if I actually sew it down, it will get itchy or whatever.

One thing I will do different though: not braiding the hair every damn week.

Every sunday....my mum used to braid my hair after washing day...

I am not 100% sure how this will work but I will just keep it braided when washing the scalp..

My mum used to braid my hair in summer when I didn't want to deal with it and it was always fine washing over it.

So I believe 2-3 weeks will be totally fine to keep it braided.

OK TOO MUCH WIG TALK..

I need to get back to work lmao.

I also reconsidered the price for my press-ons.

My gut feeling was right that 49€ would be too low.

There are so many basic sets out there for that price and I do handpainted art on it..

90€+ seems a bit of a stretch though...the white set will be around 72€..that way I can offer discount and calculate other mishaps in without feeling like I undercharge myself.

I also still need to get a printer and set my website but it is getting somewhere right now.

Yes I am alive..

I feel energetic and exhausted at the same time.

So weird, like saturday for example I was sleeping the whole day.

It's a weird mix of having stuff to do and also feeling burnt out for no reason.

A few updates of my life..

I had to order some car stuff so my dad could do general maintenance on it and then I have to send it to TÜV this year again (money gone again YAY)...not so yay.

I put my piano back in my apartment...it was in my parents apartment the whole time and there were moments here and there where I would have loved to play it but I had long nails and it would have been impossible...but now idk...I kinda emotionally detached with them already.

I only have to get them done so I would not bite them off like a crazy person..

I was surprised I could still play out of memory a few songs..

I haven't played the piano for like 6-7 years maybe??

Unfortunately I couldn't upload the whole video, so here is just a sneak peak:

I also am super nervous about my Yangqin.

I definitely underestimated how difficult it would be for playing.

Like, there are just few resources and each of them tell something different.

Plus I cannot use any of the tutorials since I own only a 2-bridged Yangqin.

If you are a pro and know how to play it, you could just like transfer what's in the videos but I AM A TOTAL BEGINNER.

The strings cost around 150$!!! and I only found a shop based in Singapore for it.

Cuz it is just such a niche instrument here...I am going insane.

But I am eager to learn <3

I used today the whole day doing my nail sets for my shop.

I am still thinking about where to set it up and obviously I am not done yet but here are 3 designs I made today <3

I obviously love the white design most but only because they are long lmao..

Honestly I have no idea how to price it, which is my current struggle..

It is labour-heavy, so I don't want to undercharge for it, but yet I am just super quick in doing it tbh.

The white design for example took me like 2 hours...so I would have priced it at 49€

The blue design would be at 38€...and then there is shipping on top...

which I also would have to look up how tf I am gonna supposed to do this.

What do you think about these prices? 

I have like no clue...I asked ChatGPT and it seems like I am hella cheap :O

It would even rate my white design as 90$+, lowest 50-80$..

There is obviously more to tell but I am so out of blogging that I cannot remember what I even told yet and what not xD

lil update

much happened...idk where to begin..

I had to make my nails new...these tips I got off shein are the worst...they immediately break after a week or so..

I ordered some other off AliEx again..since I was happy with them over there.

And THEN FINALLY maybe I can open my pre-order nail shop somewhere.

I have decided that I will upload the new the designs one by one...so that at least one is already listed.

AND I hope the packaging fits then..

Me and my colleague went to grab food saturday after work and lemme put it like this: We started dating.

If you asked me a year ago...no, just a couple months ago...I would have never guessed we end up right there.

I feel weird calling him friend or colleague on here, so let's just call him A, alright?

So A grabbed the dish I had last time, since we both liked it (he just had a different meat than I had) and I wanted to try something else and take the firebowl.

It was super delicious but nothing beats the lamb.

He came over to my place and we just chatted till late night, although we wanted to play monopoly but nope...I was exhausted.

Work was crazy...although this month started super quiet and kinda sucked, I managed to make almost as much revenue like last month..that's insane..and a BIG WIN.

The course I have in the real world is also really intense.

I am stuck building my prototype and idk what to do...even chatgpt can't help me.

I customized every value, checked every port, every connection and still it won't FUCKING LOAD.

my fortune cookies have been...motivating lmao.

Next morning after we woke up we went to eat breakfast at a close bakery and it took a while until finally the coffee kicked.

Not just that we have been awake until like 3 in the morning...the clock changed as well, so we had even one hour less as well..

I asked him to accompany me to pick up the Yangqin and I am so happy he did, it would have been super stressful to do alone.

But first we went to an Illusion Museum in Stuttgart...

We actually didn't take many pictures but we had a lot of fun haha.

The Yangqin itself is in a great condition but the strings are very damaged.

I kinda saw on the picture but I wasn't sure. They also didn't have the two sticks I would need.

So I asked if we could lower the price to 250€ since I have to get the strings now as well and the sticks and he agreed, so I took it with me.

I was super awkward being there...again, so happy A was there with me xD

We were hungry so we wanted to grab some food.

We made a bucket list together with stuff we wanna do and we actually added going to Hans Im Glück, because he mentioned he was never there???

So we went there and I chose his burger and drink.

He is now successfully convinced that I can pick the food wherever we go.

The asian restaurant, my wine, the burger...I got taste haha.

 

His was the wild west and I took the one with goat cheese and figsauce...yummy.

To drink he chose a berry sparkling wine for me...which made me super drunk and dizzy.

Perfect conditions for the next stop...we went to the tower close to Herrenberg on the way home.

I slept half the way there LMAO and when we arrived I was still dizzy...it was the funniest thing ever.

I had to hold myself on his coat walking downstairs cuz it was so windy my hair kept blocking the view.

So I was drunk AND could not see HAHA.

I tried playing a little bit with knitting needles lmaoooo.

Tried figuring out how this might work and I WAS SO EXCITED I LOVE IT.

I need to asap get the strings and sticks.

I first wanted to replace only the two that ripped but they all look so old, I will just replace them all...clean it completely and then it looks like new.

Could you believe the deal..800-1500€ would have cost a new yangqin and I got one for 250€..

Life has been so good with me lately <3

AND FINALLY I could try the sports clothes I got off Zalando that already arrived friday actually...

Yes, instead of a skirt or a blouse or a dress...I decided to get proper sports clothing.

Because honestly I don't have any.

Whenever I wanna do yoga or a workout at home I have to wear my pjs or some old weird clothes I find in my closet and they are disturbing me with the movement and afterwards I never get the smell out of it.

So one Set-Up for now...that I at least have SOMETHING.

But I sold new stuff again and then I will buy something.

But I am not sure wether to use the money to get the pillows or clothes.

I really need the pillows...

Well that's for now...

I prepared my dough for baking bread and then have to order the Yangqin stuff and a filter for my car so my dad can do the maintenance on it, which we have planned for weeks now.

FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT

 Good morning!

Just wanted to say that I actually did it and applied for Tates Real World...and I have to admit, I am extremely impressed.

The whole idea, the execution is insanely good.

The course I am currently in is ai automation and unlike all the other courses I ever tried, this one actually teaches.

You know any other type of "I help you get successful"-course, they just show you: Oh here is what you could do and bla bla..

This one actually teaches you how to do all of it, step by step.

You wake up and get motivational speeches and it is really inspiring.

I am currently looking forward to opening my laptop and listening to some motivation first in the morning.

Much better energy as well.

Obviously I am gonna keep you updated on this.

I did a workout yesterday and also got some new nail stuff.

My mum reminded me off my press-on idea that I paused and honestly, there is no reason to.

The nails I got are so low quality that I ordered new ones and I ordered a few gems that I can hopefully use to make my design ideas complete.

I also got the packaging in a bigger size and HOPE HOPE HOPE the box fits now.

At first I wanted to make prototype designs and finish them all before opening but that takes too long.

I really like the black design and will 100% do this one.

So I will fix the package issue and open the shop and already list the black design while working on the others.

The evening before yesterday I remembered that a year ago approximately I desired to learn how to play Yangqin and dropped it because the instrument is very expensive and there are no teachers around.

Having to learn the AI automatisation at real world made me think of asking AI about it.

And it worked.

It taught me Jianpu and made me a sheet for a song I could play.

This + Youtube would probably be enough.

I already played the piano as a kid for over 10 years, I tried guitar and flute as well but didn't like it.

Since I have my nails on I cannot play anymore but obviously I desperately need them or else I will bite them off and they start getting bleedy and whatever.

I already told you.

That's what I think is great about Yangqin.

So first, I absolutelllyyy love listening to this...even more than piano.

I could listen to Yangqin videos the whole day and you play them with sticks (nail problem not an issue here).

These instruments are usually between 800 and 1500€!!

and I wanted to save..

I wanted to look on ebay just for fun and actually found a new listing from a private person just listed a week ago.

A Yangqin directly from China, listed without a price, original price was around 1000€.

I asked AI what it could cost 2ndhand and it said around 400-600€.

Which is still too much for me but this person stated they just don't want the instrument to linger around and don't care too much about the price.

So I just tried, no risk no fun and asked them...Hey, I really want this but can only give 300€.

And they accepted!!! We just have to make the call.

Destiny is on my side on this one..

I also filled my goal on sales this month already.

Since this month is absolutely horrible, I wished for at least to get at my minimum.

Especially because I miss a couple days sales, since I have courses to take at work, like i.e. this thursday I am in Offenburg for a Sales program.

I did reach the goal yesterday...

Everything else I will make the few last days is bonus.

I am so relieved, that was tense haha.

Well, I need to get up now, clean my teeth and wash my face and get dressed etc. and go for a walk with my dog before getting some other stuff done.

Life is good to me right now.

I absolutely love this dress!!!

I also got many compliments.

One colleague said I look like I was trying to go for a funeral but honestly there are just two options: A. He is stupid like always B. He is jealous cuz I make more sales.

Anyway, some other men complimented me as well, so f*ck that guy xDDD

I haven't mentioned I believe but it is from the brand Lipsy.

I believe their dresses are intended to be for events etc. but my overdressed self loves them as casual/business-attire lmao.

I visited my friend after work and we had a nice chat.

He is the business-let's-find-a-new-idea-kinda guy and every time I visit him I get a new flash of "YA LETS DO IT" emotions haha.

Since work was a little exhausting I used the calmer days to rest a little but I feel like doing some brainwork again, let's see what my ADHD-head will find this time lol.

When I finally was back home, showered etc. it was around 1 am in the morning when going to sleep.

I couldn't try but my other clothes I ordered arrived friday night as well and saturday I had to work and did some sports in the evening. It made me exhausted and since I was low on sleep anyway I immediately went to bed.

SO I TRIED THIS MORNING.

I ordered two dresses and a few days later a set-up and both arrived at the same time.

I love them both!!

They said to size up and I did.

Left is Lipsy again and on the right is Love&Roses which has many pretty dresses as well.

The blue one feels a tiny bit big but not extremely but the creme one luckily is sized up cuz it would have been tight definitely.

I will keep them.

I did not take a picture of the set-up cuz I didn't like it much and will probably send it back.

I feel like searching this time for a black skirt instead.

Like I mentioned (I hope I mentioned) I want to try getting tops and bottoms now instead of dresses to be able to make more combinations and that's why I liked the set-up but now worn, it doesn't excite me.

The stuff I put on my wishlist is just quite expensive and I could have only get a bottom OR a top, so the set-up made sense at first.

WELL ANYWAY, I do not like it, so I send it back.

Me and my colleague made a little joke about me joining Andrew Tates program lmao.

Normally these kind of courses are a scam, you spend so much money and make them rich with it.

His is kinda affordable tho lmao and since he is known to be a misogynistic a*shole, we joked about me, a woman, joining his Top G program.

Am I crazy? Yes, but I love doing stupid stuff like this...life is too short to be serious anyway.

Me and my colleague go 50/50 with the costs, so no risk no fun...let's do it.

In the best scenario it actually works and makes me money, so whatever.

I will inform you how much of a scam it is xD

So my tiny AliEx order arrived..look at these tiny shampoo concentrates haha

Can you believe this was 5€?

my tiny lash shampoo bottle lasted approx. 2-3 months maybe?

Now I got the concentrate 10 times lmao.

I didn't order from Shein again tho..these are different kinds but I will just open my lash shampoo bottle and put the concentrate with some water in and reuse the bottle.

I am soooo excited to try this out on my own.

And two new summer pajamas I desperately needed.

My old summer pjs are super torn and ugly at this point.

It is so hard for me to find proper pjs because I want them to be long-sleeved and long pants but I don't want it to be thick or have cleavage or whatever.

AND I want them with bras..

Since the fabric is so thin, I feel so embarassed when my nipples show or smth but then again a coat will be too warm etc. etc.

Even if it's just for tiny moments, like opening the door to receive a package or smth.

I hated it.

These bras are even sewn on!!

My Hello Kitty pj had them loose and it seemed convenient when making laundry etc. but NO it is the most annoying thing ever...so maybe sewn on bras will be better.

I spontaneously decided to paint on friday night.

Idk how and why, I just freestyled with what I had.

It was fun tho haha..

maybe I should paint just for fun more often.

Me and my colleague had game night on saturday and we got some delicious sushi <3

I also beat him 2/3 times in monopoly.

We made some creative extra rules and in the second round it was definitely not in my favor xD

The third round looked like he would win but I was playing the long game and won...

he was impressed lmao.

And my new dress arrived...I tried it on and it is super pretty and actually longer than I had it in memory.
